About Isaac

Isaac is the Founder & Principal of Safeguard Environments, where he oversees asset management, property management, business development, deal structuring, and the company’s long-term strategic direction. Prior to founding the firm, Isaac gained valuable experience as a Project Manager Intern at Horizon Retail Construction (2018) and Immel Construction (2019), where he contributed to the construction process on several $15+ million development projects across Wisconsin from 2017 to 2022.

In 2022, Isaac earned his Wisconsin Real Estate License and began assisting individuals with purchasing their first homes. During this time, he also launched his own property management business focused on Class-D rental properties in Southwest Wisconsin.

Isaac holds a B.S. in Construction Management and a B.S. in Construction Safety Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. During his college years, Isaac dedicated his time as a volunteer firefighter with the Platteville Fire Department.
