About Isaac

Isaac Weber is the Founder & Principal of Safeguard Environments, a private real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating value-add real estate and related operating businesses. He oversees asset management, property operations, deal structuring, and the firm’s long-term strategic direction.

Under Isaac’s leadership, Safeguard Environments has grown to over $3 million in assets under management, reflecting a disciplined approach to underwriting, hands-on execution, and long-term value creation.

Prior to founding the firm, Isaac gained direct construction and development experience, contributing to multiple commercial and multifamily projects exceeding $20 million in aggregate value across the Midwest. This background informs the firm’s operational focus and execution-driven investment strategy.

In 2022, Isaac earned his Wisconsin Real Estate License and launched an independent property management operation, further strengthening the firm’s vertically integrated approach to asset oversight.

Isaac holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Management and Construction Safety Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and served as a volunteer firefighter with the Platteville Fire Department during his college years.
